1. The organiser reserves the right to cancel a booking upon due notice to the Exhibitor should the Exhibitor fail to make payments upon due dates. Any monies already paid are non-refundable.
2. The organizer will determine the final location of stands, taking into consideration the effective use of halls, branch grouping, and, as far as possible, the exhibitor's wishes. The organizer will send a floor plan and stall number as confirmation of participation.
3. No exhibitor is allowed to conduct any commercial transaction of any kind outside their allotted stall area.
4. Full payment must be made within 10 days of the invoice. Installment plans are not applicable. All necessary bank charges must be paid by the exhibitor.
5. Construction of stalls can only be made by Association-approved and Lahore International Expo Centre certified contractors.
6. Exhibitors are solely responsible for obtaining visas, customs clearance, and all logistical arrangements for their staff, agents, products or services. The organiser holds no liability for any logistical problems.
7. Stands must be properly manned and exhibits displayed during all show hours. No exhibits may be removed before the official end of the exhibition without the written permission of the Organiser.
8. Co-exhibitors will be charged at 30% of the basic space cost per co-exhibitor.
9. The Organiser reserves the right to alter, add to, or amend any of these terms. The Organiser's decision shall be final in all matters relating to the exhibition.
